The controller of the personal data collected on this site is Semage S.A., official Sitrak dealer in Tucumán, part of Grupo Pueble.

When you fill in the contact form we collect your full name, phone number, email, model of interest and the message you choose to write.

To protect the form against abuse we may temporarily process your IP address. We do not store it permanently.

We use your data only to answer your inquiry, send you the information about Sitrak products and services you asked for and contact you through the channels you provided.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Form delivery: we use Resend to send the email with your inquiry to our sales team.

Site hosting: Vercel.

Map: when the contact section loads, Google Maps may set cookies and receive data from your browser.

WhatsApp: if you start a chat, the data you send is governed by WhatsApp (Meta) policies and by this policy for what we receive.

Some of the providers above may store or process data on servers outside Argentina. We work only with providers that offer adequate security measures.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, afterwards, for the period in which commercial or legal obligations may arise. You may ask for deletion at any time.

As a data subject you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. Access is free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you prove a legitimate interest.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, handles complaints and claims from people whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

We use technical and necessary cookies and local storage, such as your preferred language. We do not use our own advertising or tracking cookies.

The Google Maps map is third-party content and loads when the contact section is shown. Google may use its own cookies under its privacy policy. You can block them in your browser settings.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
